Last updated: March 18, 2026. Important consumer protections, rights, and responsibilities when using the Plug ticketing platform.
At Plug, we believe in full transparency and ensuring that ticket buyers (Consumers) have a safe, fair, and seamless experience. This document outlines key consumer information and guidelines to assist you while using our platform.
When you purchase a ticket on Plug, you are granted a digital right to attend the event as described by the Organizer. To ensure a smooth process:
We actively work to combat ticket fraud and unauthorized reselling to protect our Consumers.
Event organizers are solely responsible for the planning and execution of their events. In the case of an unforeseen disruption:
If you encounter issues at an event (e.g., denied entry despite a valid ticket, severe discrepancies in event quality), your first point of contact should be the Event Organizer directly.
If a resolution cannot be reached with the Organizer regarding ticketing disputes, Consumers can escalate the matter to Plug Support. While we do not control the events, we will attempt to mediate disputes regarding the validity of the ticket transaction itself.
Plug is committed to ensuring our digital platform is accessible to everyone. We continually evaluate our platform to align with web accessibility standards. Please note, however, that physical venue accessibility and accommodations are strictly the responsibility of the Event Organizer.
If you need direct assistance regarding consumer protection or wish to report a potentially fraudulent Organizer, please contact our consumer affairs desk:
