These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to your use of the Plug website, mobile application, and related ticketing platform (the "Platform"). By creating an account or purchasing a ticket, you formally agree to be bound by these GTC.
Plug acts exclusively as an intermediary between the organizers of events ("Organizers") and the buyers of tickets ("Users"). We do not organize the events, nor do we bear responsibility for their execution.
Access to the Platform requires the creation of a user account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Your account is personal and strictly confidential. Plug reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these conditions or exhibit fraudulent behavior.
4.1 Orders and Payment: All ticket orders are definitive once payment is confirmed. We accept various local payment methods including cards and mobile money. Fees associated with the transaction are clearly displayed prior to purchase.
4.2 Final Sales and Refunds: All tickets are generally non-refundable unless an event is officially canceled by the Organizer. Under no circumstances is Plug responsible for initiating a refund process without the strict instruction and funding from the corresponding Organizer.
4.3 Resale: Resale of tickets outside of the official Plug transfer ecosystem is strictly prohibited.
Organizers acting on the Platform guarantee that they possess all necessary rights, authorizations, and licenses to hold the events they publish. Organizers are solely responsible for compliance with local tax, safety, and operational regulations.
The Organizer agrees to indemnify and hold Plug harmless from any claim or liability arising out of the cancellation, modification, or poor execution of their event.
Plug provides the Platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Plug disclaims all warranties regarding the availability, security, or error-free operation of its technical infrastructure.
Plug's liability, if established, is strictly limited to the direct damages suffered by the User. In no event shall Plug be liable for any indirect damages, including loss of enjoyment, associated travel costs, or lost profits.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by Plug in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This data is essential for the issuance of tickets, fraud prevention, and operational support.
